- Click next to"1st time Visitor"
- Register - type your name, email address and create a password
- Click"Login"to create your personal home page
- "Search Properties"- fill in your search criteria and click"Search"
- Matching properties will be displayed
- Click"Save this Search"
- Name your Search
- At the bottom of the page, under"Email me when..."click on the box"New Listings"so that a check appears
- You will received email notification as soon as new listings become available!
- Create as many searches as you like
- View searches as often as you like
- In the future, just log in to get to your homepage
